Fun Pictures

Pajama Party!
When visiting the Nebekers, the kids carved a pumpkin. Zora did most of the work but Isaac helped out.
Zora got this car for her birthday (we love garage sales)!

I think Isaac's going to be a ball player!
We love our double stroller.
When visiting family, we took a picture with all the grandkids on the Nebekers side. They didn't like to hold still so this is the best we got.

Halloween

We went trick or treating with some friends from school. You can't tell very well from the picture but John and I dressed as Napolean Dynamite and Deb. Zora was a black kitty cat and Isaac was a little pumpkin! Aren't they cute?

Yakima Fair

So we got to go to the Yakima fair on dollar day! There was a huge candy exhibit and then we played at a kid's play area. Other than getting double parked in the $6.00 parking area, we had a lot of fun.

Zora's Birthday

Zora went to the park with her friends to celebrate turning 2 years old. She got to feed the ducks too!

Our kids have their own style for fashion

Zora's almost 2 and she's reached the point where she wants to dress herself. Unfortunately she doesn't realize that shirts can't fit on your legs. I often find several pairs of pants, shorts, or underwear on her at once. Somehow she manages to get both legs through one hole of her clothes and pull them all the way up around her waist. Sometimes I don't catch it until a couple hours later. It's pretty funny! Here's some pictures of my kids in some cute outfits...

Isaac's 5 months old!

Isaac can now sit up and it doesn't feel like he's our little baby anymore. I feel like he's going through a growth spurt. He also is good about getting around. I'll lay him on his back and immediately he rolls over to his stomach and starts scooting across the floor. The only problem is is shoves his face into the carpet as he scoots. We sure are lucky to have him in our family though. Zora is such a good little helper too. Isaac lights up whenever she smiles at him or comes in the room! Here's some of our latest pictures.

We finally got a double stroller and we're using it all the time.

Zora loves to feed the ducks and geese. We found a place where there's about 60 plus ducks that swarm you when you have bread.

Videos of Isaac

I've been very slow on updating the blog and had problems with video making so I'm finally catching up and putting up a few videos again. Enjoy!

John's Back to School

John's been back to school for a couple weeks now so we feel like our summer is over even though we still have 90 plus degree weather everyday. Here's some pictures of some more things we've done this summer.

We decided to do a little gardening, but this is about the only thing that didn't wither away (Zora in a flower pot)!

We visited the Dickinsons for a wedding and family reunion. Here's Isaac just chillin' while his sister naps.

We also went to the Enchanted Forest! Some of it was a little creepy for us adults, but Zora loved it. (This is Peter, Peter, Pumpkin Eater with Zora and John)

At the Enchanted Forest, we dressed up and stood with Abe Lincoln. We felt bad when we realized he took tips and our wallet was empty. OOPS!

Here we are at the Portland, Temple for Sherry's wedding. What a hot day it was.

Trip to Idaho

We had a family reunion in Burley, Idaho and also went to Lava Hot Springs with everyone.
Zora fell in love with the kittens that were there.

Then we went to Yellowstone! This bison was right outside our window.
We saw a lot of Elk

And we also went to the zoo and park. This was the funniest bird! It kept chasing us around and Zora thought it was hilarious.

Zora loved the 4th of July fireworks. She kept squealing with delight and saying "It's pretty!" through the entire show. Even Isaac stayed awake to watch the fireworks. He never took his eyes off them.

ZORA is a WATER SKIER!!

My School had an end of the year day party at a private lake made just for waterskiing. The sides are at 12 degrees so that when the waves hit shore they don't bound back and its like glass. Anyways, Zora, Sarah, and I had a lot of fun swimming and juming off of a floating dock. Zora went waterskiing with Dad. She was first a little scared,... then just unsure.. but by the time we let go of the rope, she said "AGAIN!"

Circus

As a way to celebrate John's last day of school.....
We went to the circus... Lions and tigers and bears! Oh my!!... Zora really liked the elephents and when the guy on the pedal bike did a double back flip, Zora said "Again!"

Baby Blessing

On June 7th Issac Tomas Dickinson had his baby blessing. One special kid...and then Grandma and Grandpa Dickinson, Luke, Andy, and Larry D and some of his kids came. We had a BBQ and played Croquet!

We are proud to announce that "baby" Dickinson was born at 8:53 on April 24th 2009 and boy did he give us an april fools. He was 8 pounds 2 ounces and 19 inchs long and Mommy and baby are doing Great! Dad is a little tired though.(I got to catch the baby and all) IT WAS AWESOME!
