So it's finally close enough to the time that John returns home so we started a count down chain. We ran out of green and yellow so the kids decorated white scraps of paper with crayons and stickers. They wanted to show off their work to Daddy. Can't wait to see you Dad!

I remember those days with David gone for 3 months, it was very hard to be away but was sure a growing experience. Glad John will be back with you all soon!

I'm so glad he's almost home!! 3 months is a really long time, though you seem to be handling it better than I did! Where all has he been?
